About Us
We are a cross-cultural, practice-driven platform based in New Jersey, USA, co-founded by the Global Culture Development Association and the China-US International Entrepreneurial Community. With offices and partner networks in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dalian, and Nanjing, as well as Silicon Valley and New York, we bring U.S. business leaders, SME owners, young entrepreneurs, and students to China for on-the-ground learning and hands-on experiences. In parallel, we curate compact, high-impact industry benchmarking visits and targeted matchmaking services for business clients.

OUR INITIATIVES
Global Culture Development Association (GCDA) works with volunteers to gather resources (clothes, books, money, etc.) to donate to the world around us. We donate a large portion of these resources to young children around the world, and the rest of the proceeds get donated to environmental research and preservation.
